Fitness Update: P90x month 1
For a starter in fitness like me, this workout is kick-butt but still great. You know why? It’s because you get a variety of workouts: Chest and Back, Plyometrics, Shoulder and Arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Ab Ripper X. Had my weigh in today. And I lost 2 lbs!
It’s not much for a month of exercise but I’m still happy because I can feel and see the change. I’m stronger than before and as long as I become consistent with loosing 2lbs a month it would definitely add up and I will reach my Goal Weight :D
I hope everyone who is working out loose weight otherwise feel stronger and healthier! Will be posting next month on my next weigh in!...
