Fitness Update: P90x month 1
For a starter in fitness like me, this workout is kick-butt but still great. You know why? It’s because you get a variety of workouts: Chest and Back, Plyometrics, Shoulder and Arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Ab Ripper X.
