I’m an Insanity DVD graduate (2 rounds)! 
Now I’m working out with P90x and plan to do it twice before going back to insanity.

Well I’m a beginner at this field but I am committed to have that change of a better life through eating right and having an active lifestyle. I really want to document what has happened in my week as far as fitness is concerned and maybe get YOU to do the fitness journey as well!
I’m going to be honest, I want to loose weight. I want to reach my ideal weight with lean muscle. Let’s loose weight together the healthy way! Nothing is impossible if you are committed to it :)
I have lost 10lbs as of Dec 30, 2011. I am 124lbs (56.3 kg) from 134lbs (60.9 kg) and I am 5’1” (154.9cm). I weigh in at the end of every month.
HW: 134 lbs/ 60.9kg
CW:122lbs/ 55.4kg (Jan. 30,2012)
GW: 110lbs/ 50kg (ideal weight)
UGW: 105lbs/ 47.7 kg

My Celebrity Inspiration: Hayden Panettiere


We are of the same height and I admire how perfect her body is. She not skinny fit (no offense) because I believe my body is not really made to be that narrow. She is lean and has muscle that doesn’t make her look chunky at all. I just love working out and telling myself out loud: “Operation Hayden” lol.
