

It’s not much for a month of exercise but I’m still happy because I can feel and see the change. I’m stronger than before and as long as I become consistent with loosing 2lbs a month it would definitely add up and I will reach my Goal Weight :D
I hope everyone who is working out loose weight otherwise feel stronger and healthier! Will be posting next month on my next weigh in! :))
