My creation for our Anniversary :) What do you guys think?
Sorry if it has been a while. I have lots to tell just need to figure out how to manage my time though.
For a starter in fitness like me, this workout is kick-butt but still great. You know why? It’s because you get a variety of workouts: Chest and Back, Plyometrics, Shoulder and Arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Ab Ripper X. Those were the exercises I had for month 1. Next week I’m gonna start with month 2 and the exercises Chest and Shoulders, and Back and Biceps will be added up.
I bet month 2 will be harder but still tolerable. This DVD is great for beginners since it doesn’t discourage you with too much cardio. Sometimes gasping for your breath during an exercise does contribute to your motivation to continue with a program (Been there done that). Although I love cardio workouts like Insanity, you get tired at some point and you just want to have a less breath-taking exercise without compromising the intensity.
The concept of muscle confusion that is integrated in this exercise DVD was a bit doubting at first. But after trying it I think it has worked. I feel better and improved with the exercises over these 4 weeks. I haven’t lost that much of weight (2lbs) but definitely feel muscle beginning to develop underneath those fats.
I may review on each of the exercises but right now I just want to enumerate my favorites: Shoulder and Arms, Ab Ripper X and X Stretch.
BTW, I really would like to know people who are going through the same fitness journey. Don’t hesitate to message/ask me if you need encouragement.

Awww..isn’t that just the sweetest thing? Benji gave a surprise video to Judy collaborating with other youtubers. They gave wishes and sang to her and this message was shown after it. I could imagine how overwhelmed Judy felt.
Benji and Judy are one of the couple I look up to the most because they are good people and love each other so much.

It’s not much for a month of exercise but I’m still happy because I can feel and see the change. I’m stronger than before and as long as I become consistent with loosing 2lbs a month it would definitely add up and I will reach my Goal Weight :D

I had the most star-studded Saturday yesterday! :) I unexpectedly was able to shake Katy Perry’s hand!!! You can see how excited I am in this video ;p Katy looks so pretty and probably the only person I would look up to and compare blue hair with. My experience was more than a VIP pass in her concert :)) I’ll remember January 21, 2012 for the rest of my life :)
